This is a great dish and you will definitely remember it. Thai classics include tom yam goong, pad Thai, and gaeng phet. Tom yam goong is a spice and sour soup made from ginger, lemongrass, and chili. Pad Thai is a noodle dish that is served in many shops and restaurants since its a Thai favorite.
